Well, this is a wonderful website Paul. Thanks for creating it and I am sure I will learn numerous things from you and your experiments.

Experimental archaeology is the reason I am back in school to get my degree in anthropology with a concentration in archaeology. I just wish I had more time and experience to do some more myself.

I will post what I do. And probably ask many questions as well Smile

Maquahuitl Welcome

Welcome,

This is the brand new forum of of the www.Maquahuitl.co.uk site.

The site has been running since early 2004 and Novemeber 2007 I decided to give it a major facelift and include a forum as part of it. The facelift is 85% complete now and I have just managed to get round to making a forum.

Since I began making those terrible first attempts at Maquahuitl 5 years ago, a few terrible pics still on the web, I've had a lot of emails asking me for information on how to do it.

Nowadays I see a lot of people have joined the hobby and some beautiful workmanship out there. So I thought we could all share information and advice and try and get more people involved.

Paul
